Our in-person sessions are available as 45-minute or 1-hour events. Packages of 5, 10, or 20 sessions are available for purchase.

Pricing varies depending on group size, location, number of participants, and the multi-session package of your choice.

As an example, pricing starts at $350/45-minutes, for groups under 20 at the 5-session rate. Purchasing a 10 or 20-session package would entail a 5% or 10% discount respectively.

Virtual Sessions

Live, virtual sessions are available in 15-minute, 30-minute, 45-minute, or 1-hour durations. Packages of 5, 10, or 20 sessions are available for purchase.
